The Trump administration raised the stakes in its trade dispute with China on Tuesday, saying it would slap 10 percent tariffs on an extra $200 billion worth of Chinese imports.
 
The trump administration has released a list of goods called "2018-0026 China FRN", which covers the upstream and downstream of the chemical industry chain. Among them, the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States Tariff Schedule of the United States (hereafter referred to as "HTSUS") shows that the categories of products subject to additional Tariff are related to titanium industry chain products, as listed below:
